New York Police Department’s New York Dominican Officers’ Organization (N.Y.D.O) hosted Sgt. Gonell and presented him with it’s Exemplary Service Award in recognition to the United States of America, Protecting Freedom and Democracy, at Home and Abroad. Commissioners Keechant L. Sewell and Wendy Garcia, Sgt. Pineda and Dominican folk singer Luis Vargas were present.
