Maryland Senator Cheryl C. Kagan hosted annual Gaithersburg Book Festival: a celebration of the written word and its power to enrich the human experience. One of the May 2024 authors chosen to participate was Sgt. Gonell for his extraordinary and powerful story and service to the United States as a Soldier and as a Police Officer.
